This release makes matter staffing easier to manage, brings referral and record relationships into clearer view, and reduces repetitive work across templates, signatures, and communication.
Give every matter a clearer team
- Manage assigned teams and individual people from one matter personnel editor, then save your changes together.
- Designate a primary contact and review each person's roles directly in the personnel view.
- When removing a team, choose whether to keep its people assigned or remove the team and its assignees together.
- Past personnel assignments remain available in the matter's assignment history.
- Task plan steps can now include multiple specific assigners and assignees, supporting work shared by more than one team member.
- Dashboard task counts and assignment lists are more consistent, and settlement follow-up tasks handle expiration and outstanding issues more reliably.
Find the right matter with better context
- Referred By and Referred To contacts now appear in the relevant matter and referral tables, with search filters to narrow results by referral contact.
- The related-matter picker identifies existing connections so you can see which matters are already linked before making a selection.
- Contact relationships are handled more consistently across insurance, vehicles, incident reports, medical treatment, liens, and expenses.
- Linked contact details carry through more reliably when generating documents, preparing signature requests, and managing shared-folder access.
Spend less time repeating the same information
- Select multiple templates to download or delete them together, with a clear selection toolbar and confirmation before deletion.
- During signing, click a matching repeated text or date field to reuse information the same signer has already entered.
- Signer fields stay aligned more reliably when placed on documents, and compact previews are easier to review.
- Signer variable backgrounds are transparent, keeping the document beneath them visible.
- Template variable mapping handles partial contact details more reliably, and typed custom values can be applied with Enter.
- PDF text editing no longer triggers conflicting matter shortcuts or unexpectedly switches tools while you type.
Keep everyday updates easy to complete
- The text-message composer now explains the 1,600-character limit while you write and asks you to shorten oversized messages before sending.
- Long unbroken words wrap within text areas, keeping forms readable without horizontal scrolling.
- Treatment balance confirmations can now be edited in a focused modal, with confirmation history available in a matching view.
