The model

Yes — running LawWorks is free. You pay only when the system produces real work product, like an AI-authored document or a deep insight report, or when it spends real money on your behalf to move a case. No produced work, no charge.
A credit is simply how produced work and usage are priced. You buy credits as you go, and they're spent only when the system makes something or uses something for you.
The everyday work of running your firm on LawWorks is free. You will incur costs when you use LawWorks to complete done-for-you work. This is work like AI-authored documents, deep insight reports, and work assigned to AI agents complete. There are also some pass-through costs on a few consumptive activities - items like SMS fees, and the potential for overage charges.

LawWorks is currently accepting Founding Firm users, an will begin opening up to the waitlist in the summer 2026. Join the waitlist to be notified — or to express interest in becoming a Founding Firm.
Founding Firms receive early access to LawWorks, the opportunity to directly influence product development, exclusive Founding Firm credits, and locked-in preferred pricing that will remain in effect long-term.

In exchange, Founding Firms commit to meeting with our team once every six weeks for a 12-month period. These sessions typically last 30–60 minutes and are focused on providing feedback, sharing workflows, and helping us build a product that better serves personal injury law firms.

Waitlist members will be kept informed of product updates and milestones and will receive access to LawWorks when openings become available based on their position on the waitlist.

The AI

Unlike consumer AI tools that draw from general internet knowledge, our AI is focused on your data. Responses are generated from the information you provide to the system, which greatly reduces the likelihood of fabricated or irrelevant answers. While no AI can guarantee zero errors, our architecture is designed to keep responses grounded in your actual records and data sources.
Always, by design. You set what runs automatically and what needs your sign-off; nothing consequential ships without you.
No. Your case data and work product are yours and are never used to train our models.
Edit it in place, regenerate it, or discard it. The system gets you a strong first draft; you decide what's final.

Trust & data

Security is a core part of our platform. LawWorks is built to HIPAA standards and handles billing to PCI standards. We have implemented policies, procedures, and technical controls designed to align with SOC 2 standards and are working toward formal third-party SOC 2 attestation.
Your data is yours. You can take it with you at any time, and we will remove it from our system in accordance to our data retention policies.

Fit & scope

Personal injury today — MVA, premises, product liability, wrongful death, dog bite, and more. We are actively expanding our Mass Tort functionality, and we have additional practice areas on the way.
Absolutely. We can help you bring your existing cases into the platform, and our team will work with you to make the migration process as seamless as possible.

For firms that want to unlock AI-powered insights across their historical case data, we can also process closed cases during migration. Additional AI processing fees may apply depending on the volume of data being imported.
Both. The model is built so a solo can run lean and an established firm can scale — same platform, aimed at where you are.
