Notifications & follow-up

A refreshed notification inbox keeps timely matter activity visible and actionable.

New notifications arrive in real time in the top bar and on the dashboard, without requiring a refresh.
A clear unread count and short context preview make it easier to see what needs attention.
Open a notification to jump directly to its related matter, with read and unread status kept up to date.
Tasks are now separated by status, with quick filters that make active and completed work easier to review.

Search & organization

Search and table tools now stay out of the way while helping your team complete work in fewer steps.

Use a simple general search across contact records, with improved filters for details such as location, contact information, and tags.
All Matters and My Matters include streamlined search and quick filters that remain in place when you navigate away and return.
Major tables now scroll within the page. Matter rows provide useful right-click shortcuts, and the matter overview includes one-click email copying.
Add multiple assigners and assignees to tasks, and select the appropriate matter role when reassigning a user's work.
Select and move several matter files together; selections clear afterward to help prevent an accidental repeat move.
Comments on notes and tasks now load and update more reliably.

Matter details

Matter records are more flexible while keeping important details easy to spot.

All contact-address fields are now optional, so partial address information can be saved without placeholders.
Record an incident time when it is known, leave it blank when it is not, and see both county and state in the incident summary.
Other Parties can now include their related insurance and vehicle information alongside the contact details.
Critical matter information is back at the top of the overview, and the Injuries section is restored beneath the incident description.

Documents, AI & polish

Refinements across documents, communication, AI, and common forms keep work accurate and easier to follow.

Document generation now handles custom fields more reliably, including template user roles that contain spaces.
AI assistant activity is easier to follow while it works with files, with clearer progress details.
File uploads now support additional video formats.
Deleted phone numbers no longer appear as choices when starting a text message.
Accepted settlement offers with outstanding issues now save and display the correct status.
Updated modal layouts create a more consistent experience, and lead creation and updates now save more reliably.
