Product update
Work faster. Stay in the details.
This week's release makes everyday casework smoother—from quicker actions inside a matter to more dependable forms, contact records, settlements, and signature requests.
More work, fewer clicks
- Right-click matter records—including expenses, insurance, liens, litigation dates, medical treatment, settlements, statutes, trust checks, vehicles, and more—to open relevant actions.
- Open related notes, tasks, files, and activity history directly from the item you're reviewing.
- Creating matter tasks, vehicles, statutes of limitations, and signature requests is now more consistent and reliable.
- The familiar My Matters table is back, with saved table settings and a cleaner card experience.
Clearer status, stronger saves
- Accepted settlement offers can be flagged for outstanding issues, with clearer accepted dates, coverage choices, and money status.
- Policy limits now display correctly in defendant details, and settlement demand changes save more reliably.
- Incident reports can be saved with a source without interrupting your work.
- Matter quick edits, medical appointment date ranges, linked treatment records, and expense refunds now retain the right values.
Better data, less friction
- Contact addresses no longer require a street line, and contacts with partial addresses are easier to find in search.
- Contact notes, comments, and activity entries behave more consistently, while the active Contacts area stays highlighted in the sidebar.
- New lead source mappings help standardize intake attribution across your firm.
- User reassignment and password recovery have been made more dependable.
A smoother experience throughout
- The document editor has been simplified so signing work stays in the dedicated signature request flow.
- AI conversations now receive helpful automatic titles, with behind-the-scenes improvements to chat and file processing.
- Reports now include matters that do not yet have a title.
- Success and error messages are clearer, better placed, and easier to read. Map loading is also more resilient.
