The more we hear about COVID-19, the worse it seems. The spread of the coronavirus disease is increasing and people are frightened. There is an end in sight, but right now, it’s difficult to see it. If you’re feeling stressed and anxious, you’re not alone.

But perhaps that’s really the saving grace of this global event. Despite the suffering and loss, it’s reminding us that we're all in this together, even if remotely.

St. Teresa once said, “If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.” 

Perhaps this pandemic will serve as a reminder.
